Our Partnership

Our partnership with Hamza has been highly successful. We have worked together to improve his overall business operations and help him become more profitable.

One of the first things we did was to create a professional logo for his business. This helped to establish a strong brand identity and increase visibility in the local community. Additionally, we are currently working on creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and business cards, which will help to promote the business and attract new customers.

We also worked together to improve Hamza's financial management. We created a financial tracking sheet specifically tailored to his vulcanizing business. This will help Hamza to better understand his income and expenses, and ultimately, increase his profitability. We are providing training and support on how to use the sheet and helping him to implement the sheet into his daily operations.

We have also been providing consulting services to optimize Hamza's business operations. We are helping him to streamline his processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Overall, our partnership with Hamza and his vulcanizing business has been mutually beneficial. We have helped him improve his brand image, financial management, and overall operations, while he has provided us with a valuable business case to showcase our services. We continue to work together to achieve his goals and improve his business, while also learning more about the vulcanizing industry in Nigeria.

Our Fundraising

$750 GOAL

Sub-Saharan Africa has experienced some of the highest growth rates globally over the past 10 years. While this means that people in these nations have become more optimistic about their social and economic future, the region continues to face a myriad of historical problems. In order to continue steady growth and achieve a future of equitable conditions in the region, our International Internship Program team seeks to build stronger communities from the grassroots level through fundraising for community development.

Funds raised are used to implement community-based education programs, pay staff to run the operations on-site, and invest in training for local leaders. Leadership Initiatives uses fundraised money to develop a network of support for actionable change and accountability between our team, the Leadership Initiatives staff, and the community stakeholders we work with.
