Rishi Guntur is a senior at Brookfield Academy. He is interested in data science, international relations, and business. He is enrolled in Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment classes.

Rishi is a United Nations and Grant-Writing intern for Meaningful World: an international non-governmental organization. He is also an article writer for a finance website: Street Fins, which teaches students fundamental concepts. Rishi is also a swim instructor and lifeguard at his local fitness gym. Also, Rishi is the captain of the swim team and tutors refugee children in the areas of science, math, social studies, and English. He is the co-founder of his school's refugee club and is involved in his school's math club, Latin club, debate club, and other activities.

Rishi is eager to join the International Business Internship Program so he can immerse himself in the problems faced by people in a different region of the world and help them develop practical business solutions. He hopes to apply what he learns in the program to his studies and future career in the fields of international relations and quantitative analysis.

Qasim Omer is a rising junior at Brookfield Academy. He is a dedicated student who has achieved various academic achievements and participates in rigorous courses, including honors and Advanced Placement.

Similarly to his other activities, Qasim is excited to participate in the Business Development Program. Not only does he desire to help people and gain exposure, but he also looks to possibly gain an interest in this field to pursue in the future.

Vibhu is a current junior at Brookfield Academy, a small private school in Brookfield Wisconsin. Vibhu is taking 3 AP classes, 2 honors classes, and 2 regular classes.

Vibhu Guda is testing for his 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo in September. Vibhu also won team state for varsity tennis last year as well as being the state runner-up in individual doubles tennis. Vibhu is also an Eagle Scout through the Boys Scouts of America where he did a project through the Be The Match Registry which is the largest bone marrow and stem cell donation organization in America. Vibhu also volunteers at SEA Literacy Milwaukee where he helps tutor underprivileged refugees. Vibhu also enjoys recreational reading and to do strength training.

Vibhu would like to pursue a career in the medical field and transition into the medical business aspect of the field. He hopes that this IIP program will help give him some much needed experience to enable his success in the future. He is excited to be working with IIP and knows he will be an avid contributor to his group.
